Baby Capybara

Theyre semi aquatic mammals that came from south america.

Baby capybara. They can be as large as dogs as they can grow up to 15m in length and weigh around 60kg. Capybara young have even more to worry aboutthey are a favorite snack food of snakes like the boa constrictor crab eating foxes small cats and birds of prey like the caracara and black vulture. They can start to eat grass once they are about a week old but they will also keep nursing from their mothers and even from other grown females until they are about four months old. Birth is on land and the female rejoins the group within a few hours of delivering the newborn capybaras which join the group as soon as they are mobile.
